For comparison, state-level data pegged home values at $252,900 in Oklahoma for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $252,450 in October.
Greer County had 4 new listings and 5 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 22—down 8.33% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.
Of those 22 active listings, 27.27% reduced their price in the month of September. The median listing price for homes in Greer County fell 44.72% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $64,950. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to fall.
