December’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the county to be $402,500—up 137.46% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, state-level data pegged home values at $254,400 in Oklahoma for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $255,350 in January.

Tillman County had 3 new listings and 2 listings that went under contract in December, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 28—up 3.7% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in January.

Of those 28 active listings, 10.71% reduced their price in the month of December. The median listing price for homes in Tillman County grew 3.33% from November to December, bringing the current median listing price to $89,900. Based on projected data for January, listing prices may continue to grow.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year.
