Wasco County is seeing a modest tightening in inventory, with active listings down slightly from last month and year over year. Months of supply has moved down to 2.9, indicating fewer options than earlier in the year and a market that’s somewhat tighter than Oregon overall, which sits at 3.6 months. Contract activity is mixed, with homes sold up more than 20 percent from last month and over 25 percent above last year, while pending sales are down sharply both month over month and year over year.
