I met Zac during an especially trying time . My mom had just been diagnosed with cancer with only weeks to live. I explained to him what the family wanted in terms of selling our mothers estate. Given the nature of the situation ,and everything else we were having to deal with, it was important to me that the sale of her home not be drawn out ,and complicated.
