Jordan was right there the whole way. It was a long journey for our family. We had to wait to sell the house for various reasons, but Jordan was with us as we prepared. I always felt like she knew our unique situation, while also being in tune with the market in the area and the larger real estate trends and issues. Her being there with answers to questions and great connections for people to address issues that came up helped us more than I can find words for. Besides being personally connected, she was also honest and forthright with reality all along the way. It was refreshing and reassuring. I would highly recommend Jordan for anyone looking to have a positive experience selling a home.

Jordan is an amazing person and realitor. What I appreciated is her honesty, her can do attitude, and also how we were in alignment with everything. One of the defining things that really sold me with hiring her was the fact that she was available. I would contact her maybe once a week for updates, and she would get back to me in a timely manner. I really appreciated the active communication. Also, I appreciate her honesty. I talked to some realitors who would give me evaluations sight unseen and they were selling a pipe dream of a bygone era that is no longer the case at this time. So, I was looking for brutal honesty about what we had to work with, and how (process, and timelines) we could get to a sale. I also greatly appreciated her connections with various contractors and folks who were able to fix issues that came up after the inspections. She never let it be a roadblock. If it were not for the fact that I am out of town, I would gleefully hire her again.
