Fullerton had 10 new listings and 12 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 7—down 22.22% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
Of those 7 active listings, 57.14% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Fullerton grew 13.66% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $332,400. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.
