This was a challenging home to market & sell (high HOA fees in a 55 community) but Darryl's (Darryl Shands) persistence and willingness to invest his time and go the extra mile got us through. When our first Buyer's financing fell through, we met and strategized what next stpes would be. The seasons had changed and the home had now been vanat for 2 months. We spent a weekend freshening up the exterior of the home and improving its curb appeal and Darryl re-launched our listing with a new Open House and a very small price reduction. He secured multiple new offers and got us back under agreement in a week. His advice on pricing and negotiations was vital in our eventual deal and we walked away from closing very satisfied. We are very thankful for his partnership.
