Home prices in Lancaster County are up compared with last year, with the typical home value rising about 5.5 percent. At the same time, the median list price has grown more modestly, increasing around 2.8 percent year over year. Sales activity is also stronger than a year ago, with homes sold up about 4 percent and pending sales up nearly 5 percent.
In the latest August 2026 snapshot, the typical home value sits near $384,000 while the median list price is just under $360,000, showing sellers still have solid pricing power.
