Homes on Johns Island are taking significantly longer to sell in this rolling three-month view, with the median days on market up to 77 compared with much quicker marketing times a year ago. Even with that slower pace, a sizable 34% of listings are still going under contract within two weeks, pointing to a split between fast-moving and slower-moving properties.

Home values have continued to edge higher, with the typical home value up around 7% year over year in this period.
