Me and my husband just closed on a house in Moncks Corner, SC and Shawn Pillion was an amazing communicator and always picked up the phone when we called. One of the biggest frustrating things is a lack of communication from your realtor..Shawn was awesome . Also Shawn explained everything in detail on what we were about to get into with this type of home and he was very proactive and kept us well informed. He was also a good listener..he listened on what we wanted and no questions asked. He also was able to ‘read’ us--- After he heard all what we really were looking for in a house and neighborhood he got extrememly motivated and he took a lot of stress off us during the whole thing. One more thing about Shawn, he knew that timing awareness was essential to us. We were needing a house soon so he got right on it and we found our house first day we went out. Every other day Shawn would let us know were the banks stood..what we needed to do next.

Shawn was an excellent resource for helping us buy our new home. He had great knowledge of the area. He would often point things out to us about the home, particular building materials, area around the home, and even the culture that we would never have known or thought of when purchasing.
