Lisa went above and beyond! The only way we purchased our home in Summerville was because of Lisa’s expertise and knowledge of the area. We were up north and couldn’t be here to see the homes and neighborhoods in person. Working with Lisa took a lot of the stress out of it. Lisa was always available for our calls and questions. We had very specific “must haves” within our budget. Lisa understood us and we saw she had our interests at heart. She found us our perfect home in the beautiful neighborhood we wanted, all well within our budget. We purchased the home without seeing it in person. Who does that?! We did! We love it! We cannot say enough great things about Shawn. Shawn had reached out to us a few years when we were looking to buy and, though it look us time to find the house that worked for us, he continuously checked in and went out of his way to help us find the home that was right for us. We have worked with several realtors before, but we have not found that is as knowledgeable, candid, and personable as Shawn. He never pushed us in to getting a home just to close the deal, and he always went the extra mile with our search, even as indecisive buyers in a new market.
