Overall we were pleased with the sale of our Condo. The pricing recommendations were very accurate. We liked the fact that every 3 weeks a pricing adjustment was recommended that made sense to aggressively market and ultimately sell our Condo. Lance had a good understanding of the market, and market conditions.
The only negative in the process was the availability and responsiveness of our agent, Lance Molinaro. Lance was extremely difficult to contact either by phone (both office and mobile) email, or text. It could be a day or two before we'd get a response. This was very frustrating. With previous realtors we've always gotten a call back or text response at worse case within 24 hours, generally within a few hours. The only times we received quick responses from Lance was during price reductions. We felt he had more important clients or a 2nd job preventing him from quickly handling our requests.
