I previously worked with Sherry Pitt about 5 years when selling my brother's condo. It was an amazing positive experience working with Sherry. This time I was looking for a house for myself and Sherry recommended I work with Lori O'Malley. Sherry thought Lori would be a perfect fit for me and she was. Lori did a fantastic job finding me the perfect builder that would allow me to customize my home with many upgrade options to make it my own versus a cookie cutter home like some of the other builders. Lori was very patient and supportive of my needs because as I warned her from the beginning when we started working together I can be a high maintenance diva but I am willing to pay for it. I am beyond thrilled with the final outcome of the house seeing all the beautiful upgrades. The builder exceeded my expectations by finishing 3+ months early and I could not have built my dream house without Lori helping me navigate my vision throughout the process by my side. I am very appreciative and grateful Lori was always there to support me.

Lori was very proactive throughout the process making me aware if what I needed to be prepared for. At times this experience was very overwhelming, I really appreciated and valued Lori's knowledge and experience.

My only other interaction was with Sherry Pitt during my initial phone call to notify her I was interested in setting up an appointment. I called her on a Sunday out of the blue. I had not spoken with Sherry in 5 years and she was warm and welcoming. Sherry notified me she would have Lori call me Monday morning to discuss my house goals. As promised Lori called me the next morning.

Working with Lori and Sherry has been an extremely positive experience. I would recommend to anyone interested in buying or selling in the Carolinas they should contact either of you for assistance!
