Clarendon County had 21 new listings and 25 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 117—down 6.4% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.

The median listing price for homes in Clarendon County fell 15.53% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $277,900. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to fall.
