My name is Brittany Bennett. I have been licensed since 2019. I have been in real estate my entire life in some capacity. I am landlord and short-term rental owner.

I started my career in multifamily management more than 15 years ago. I then transitioned into commercial and multifamily data and marketing with a client base of the entire state of Connecticut. I then became an agent in 2019.

I specialize in the first time home buyer and relocation from Connecticut to South Carolina transactions. My understanding of the speed, communication and patience needed to ensure the client has the best experience and closes on time.
