Covington had 19 new listings and 11 listings that went under contract in May, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 30—up 50.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in June.
Of those 30 active listings, 30.0% reduced their price in the month of May. The median listing price for homes in Covington grew 23.34% from April to May, bringing the current median listing price to $239,900. Based on projected data for June, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose year-over-year. In May 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 16 days, compared to -10 days in May 2024.
