First and foremost I want to thank Horizon Realty, but especially Britt. She was amazing throughout the entire process. I probably had the most difficult closing she or anyone at her office has ever experienced and she handled it like the professional that she is. Britt was calm, patient and most importantly always available when I had questions or concerns. She put me at ease multiple times going through this process, but especially when obstacles appeared. She helped me get over every hurdle that was put in front of us and she did it with a smile on her face and in her voice. I didn’t know the true value of my property but she made sure I got what it was truly worth when I didn’t know its value. The bottom line is she was amazing, and I’ll always be grateful for her help. Britt helped us find the perfect house for our growing family and walked us through each step. She was always kind and supportive even when I thought the sale was going to fall through. If I were ever to sell another home, she would be the first and only realtor I would call.
