Grantsville had 37 new listings and 31 listings that went under contract in January, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 91—up 8.33% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in February.

Of those 91 active listings, 26.37% reduced their price in the month of January. The median listing price for homes in Grantsville fell 13.58% from December to January, bringing the current median listing price to $499,000. Based on projected data for February, listing prices may continue to fall.
