Inventory in Warren County has expanded notably, with active listings up more than 24% year over year to 325 and nearly 10% just since August. At the same time, contract activity is mixed, as homes sold rose about 15% month over month while pending sales dropped more than 22% from August and are down roughly a quarter compared with last year.
