I spent 16 years as a software engineer and program analyst at the U.S. Department of Energy, and I'm a combat veteran who served in the Army and Coast Guard. I also served on the Front Royal Town Council and Planning Commission, so I know how zoning and local development affect what a property is worth.

I'm a landlord myself and specialize in short-term rentals in Warren and Prince William counties. I can tell buyers what a property can realistically earn because I run the numbers on my own. I also offer property management and real estate auctions.

Christopher was awesome to work with. He handled the sale of my home as part of a divorce and worked flawlessly with the two sides even when certain parties were being difficult. You can seriously tell he’s not just here to make a buck even in this market where things sell quickly. During the whole process, he worked hard to get us as much as we possibly could and to keep everyone involved during the process. He sold out home at a price point that isn’t always easy and did it quickly. He and his team worked very hard to host open houses and find the right buyers. I highly recommend it and will use again!
