Selling a house is never easy, and selling mine took a little over three months in a tough market—with a very particular client (me!) along for the ride.

I’m also fortunate enough to call Sarah a good friend, but this experience gave me an entirely new appreciation for her as a professional. There were plenty of emotions, stress, questions, phone calls, strategy changes, and probably a few moments where “realtor” turned into “therapist.” Through all of it, she was always there—responsive, patient, professional, timely, and completely on top of every detail.

She knew when to give advice, when to listen, when to push, and when to simply talk me off the ledge. Most importantly, she stayed focused on getting the job done and getting us across the finish line.

We were first time home buyers and right from the start Sarah was helpful at walking us through the process. She wasn't afraid to let us know the truth on some houses that we first looked at. Sarah understand the trust she wants to earn with her clients. I will recommend Sarah to anyone I know that is looking to buy a house in the greater Seattle area. We hadn't been in the market for houses for 34 years. We were referred to Sarah by our son, and couldn't be happier with the experience. She thoroughly explained what we should expect with both buying and selling, and was very patient and responsive to our clueless questions.
