Cory and his team and recommendations helped us tremendously in the home buying process. We had worked with a previous agent touring dozens of homes and a few lost bidding wars. I reached out to Cory for advice and quickly switched over and brought him on as our agent. He got us in touch with an amazing and trustworthy lender. The house we ended up buying we were in a bidding war as well. With his knowledge and connections and advice he was able to negotiate us to win the bid of about 6 bidders without being the highest bidder and keep one of our important contingencies. I only wish we started out with him and his team originally!!

What an incredible home buying experience! They completely blew any expectations we had completely out of the water! After a rough start for a search for the perfect home we were given Cory’s name. What a night a day different from our last realtor. We called around 10am on a Sunday for a viewing on a house and he had us our touring it by noon. He’s very informative and does his homework on the property before viewing it with you.
