Carla helped us sell our home (in a very tough market), and then turned around and helped us buy our dream home. She was excellent at negotiating and got us a great deal! I truly can’t say enough good things about her - she went above and beyond. She staged our home beautifully, and helped us make very affordable upgrades to our house that vastly improved the appearance. And when I say helped, I mean she and her husband Pat were literally at our house installing light fixtures, cleaning up and doing many of the minor repairs themselves! We listed in a VERY tough market, and she worked tirelessly to sell our home (and manage my anxiety).

After accepting an offer, the buyers ended up being incredibly difficult - yet Carla managed them and saved the deal when they were trying to pull some fairly ridiculous moves during the inspection period. She was on the phone with me on a Friday night at 11:30pm, while going back and forth with her roofing expert to make sure our deal was saved.

I TRULY do not think anyone but Carla could have gotten this done - I know many realtors, and I don’t think any of them would have gone to the lengths she did. She truly is an expert, and if/when there are bumps in the road “she knows a guy” and will help resolve any hiccups before they become a bigger deal.

She also has a fantastic eye, I think the way she staged our home helped drastically - especially having seen the way many other nearby homes were staged.
