“My husband and I are grateful to have Monica on our side throughout our first home-buying experience. We thought the possibility of owning a home was out of reach and overwhelming, but Monica turned this intimidating process into a smooth and understandable one. Not only was her communication very clear and thorough, she made sure to follow up with all parties often to ensure we closed as soon as possible. Monica was able to get us through some challenges along the way and always kept us informed. She provided options with solutions without skipping a beat - this is how I knew we had the right realtor on our side. We truly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.”

“Throughout the home selling process Cheryl went above and beyond. From making herself available due to timezone differences, juggling showings with the house being occupied, and walking me step by step through my first home selling. If we get the opportunity to purchase in the area again, Cheryl will for sure be our first call!”

“Rasa Baldino sold us our cabin many years ago. We didnt even give it a second thought when deciding who to list with when we were ready to sell. Rasa is highly professional, knowledgable to a fault about the area, and honest as to what we could expect. Both my husband and myself have been actively engaged in the real estate business in Illinois for most of our adult lives. Armed with this experience, and being so satisfied with her previous service, we could have chosen anyone to sell our cabin, but we chose Rasa Baldino. To me this speaks volumes about her character and expertise. I would recommend everyone choose Rasa Baldino if they want results.”

“Heather Eisen was awesome to work with. As a first-time homebuyer, there was a lot I didn't understand, but Heather was with me each step of the way to confirm my research or offer a valuable counterpoint from her professional expertise. My homebuying journey hit some strange roadblocks that often stumped my broker and I, but Heather consistently offered good advice and pursued avenues that ended up getting me in my home! I'm definitely recommending Heather Eisen to family & friends looking for a good realtor.”

“Ms. Sara was amazing! Many problems arose during the sales process. Ms. Sara never let any of that set us back, she had a solution for everything. She responds in a timely manner and she exhausts every option possible. I never felt confused or upset throughout the process because she made it as smooth as she possibly could.”

“Sydney was the listing agent of the property we were interested in viewing. We had to travel over 11 hours to get to Sandpoint and another offer had come in. Our request was to please let the sellers know that there would likely be an offer coming in, and hoped they would wait for 3 days until we could get there. She relayed that information, and the sellers waited for us. It's sometimes a very hard task to be the listing and selling agent, but Sydney has a skill set that many don't possess and her dual roll in negotiations ended up with the successful contract. Additionally, she helped us by making calls and directed us to proper agencies and professionals to have our questions answered regarding rules and regulations for building a home in the area. Excellent, excellent. Sydney is a jewel!”

“As a first time buyer, the process to buy a home can be very intimidating and at times overwhelming. However, Sinai and her team made the process as easy and as manageable as possible with reminders and due dates along the way so you always know what's coming up next. With Sinai's help I was able to find a place that I am so happy with. My only regret is not doing this sooner!”

“We came to Michelle with a specific window of time and she made sure we were taken care of within the window. If she didn't know something or had a bump in the process she was very quick to act and communicative. I personally have a lot of questions and she addressed every one clearly and promptly. This was the first time buying a home and I am very happy with all Michelle did for us!”

“I was helping my son and daughter-in-law find a home as they moved back to Oklahoma from Colorado, and the timeline was tight. They also had some challenging restrictions on location, which made the search even harder. We toured several homes they had seen online, but none of them were a good fit—and Lori was just as unwilling as we were to settle for anything less than wonderful. Lori Nail truly went the extra mile to find the right home for them. Thanks to her persistence and insight, they found a place they absolutely love and couldn’t be happier with their purchase.”

“As a first time home buyer I was expecting a little bit more information on processes and home offer options and scenarios. Was going with my gut on some things and researching average scenarios that may happen, especially when it came time to offer and work through the offers. But other than that everything went very great, Shannon was on top of everything, and an expert in this profession.”

“A friend recommended Tawyna Krull to try since my house was not selling. Tawnya, went to work and really did a great job marketing, online presentation, and making sure the house looked good before it went back on the market. She negotiated well with the buyers when asking too much for me to fix. Tawyna, made sure I was up to date on everything going on since I had already moved out of the house. I was very happy with the professinalism and accurancy of handling all aspects of selling my home.”
