July’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the county to be $245,000—down 23.32% over the previous 12 months. Monroe County had 16 new listings and 12 listings that went under contract in July, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 41—up 13.89% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in August.
