Judy was more than we expected, she's a great communicator, researcher, true professional and was a joy to work with. Judy knowledge of our community was the key factor of us choosing her to be our representative in the sale of our property. Her expertise/knowledge of our HOA and Condo fees community was definitely a plus because she lives in the neighborhood. I can't speak HIGHLY enough of our experience with Judy. From the moment we spoke, I knew I wanted her as my realtor. She came out to my house the next day and performed a methodical inspection and made recommendations on what we needed to do to prepare the house to sell. She answered our questions and concerns, providing objective data on how many homes they sell, how long their homes typically stay on the market and provided info of comps in the area. It wasn't about just sales with Judy, she was there to serve us and meet (and met) every need! She proved that time and time again by responding QUICKLY to all correspondence. I had to sell my fathers house for him after he suffered a stroke. The house was not the best shape and living out of state was not an ideal situation.
