This is our 2nd experience with Judy, as the listing agent for our homes. Both experiences have been nothing but stellar. The sale of our recent home was too easy due to Judy's eye for marketing. She knows what is going to grab the buyer's attention.

Both the photos & video of our home were just beautiful. As a result, it brought multiple potential buyers to the open house & for private appointments. Multiple offers were presented and with Judy's help, the proceds was simple to figure out which was the best offer. Because it's not always about the highest sales price.

I thought long and hard before choosing Judy as my realtor, it was a difficult decision because I know several other realtors, one that I had known about 25 years. My heart and my head were having serious discussions but in the end my head and my heart won. The fact that Judy has lived in my community about the same amount of years as myself (18 years) she not only had the knowledge of each of the Homes including my unit, she also knows all the reasons a perspective buyer should move to Potomac Club.
Having held my realtor license for many years, I was not the ordinary seller, Judy was upfront about the market and honest about what to do and when.
