Nicole was extremely professional, attentive and really put us at ease going through our first home buying experience. She made a stressful situation more manageable and really made us feel that she was looking out for our best interest in terms of properties shown (whilst understanding our needs), and keen attention to detail when going to showings. She asked questions, we didn't think of. Truly, did everything to make us comfortable throughout the process. She was also extremely accessible, late nights, weekends, holidays - she was always available to us (especially with our 100s of questions). Cannot rave more about Nicole, she's the best!
