Her prompt communication, diligent follow‑through, and clear, informative guidance made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. “I loved working with Chris. He really looked out for my interests. He pointed out problems with houses we looked at. We looked at a lot of houses and he was very patient and always so pleasant. “As a first time seller, Denise was very helpful in answering my questions and providing excellent advise. She recommended Black Horse Staging to stage my house who did a fantastic job making the house very inviting. Denise put together amazing flyers and advertised on all available social media outlets. Due to the current market, I was pleased that my house sold sooner than expected. Many homes in the area were on the market for an average of 3 months or longer. Denise got my house sold in under 3 months. I would highly recommend Denise and Century 21 Epic. Thank you Denise and your team for all your hard work.”
“It was a pleasure and delight to work with Lisa. She came highly recommended and we were very grateful that we chose her as our realtor. She was very knowledgeable of the area and the type of house we were looking for. She was always in constant communication with us during the whole process. She started out as our professional realtor but quickly became more of a member of our family. I give her 100 ⭐️”

Payal is a great communicator and was always quick to respond to texts, phone calls, and emails for any questions we had. Although we were already familiar with the home purchase process, she was always available to answer any questions we had. She helped us view several homes until we found the perfect one for us and was always available when we needed her. She did a great job negotiating on our behalf during the entire purchase process and we always felt she had our back. Overall we really enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to all our friends, family, and neighbors! Thanks Payal!”
