Florence County had 6 new listings and 3 listings that went under contract in August, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 17—up 21.43% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in September.
Of those 17 active listings, 17.65% reduced their price in the month of August. The median listing price for homes in Florence County grew 19.85% from July to August, bringing the current median listing price to $224,000. Based on projected data for September, listing prices may continue to grow.
