Instead of letting it feel like a wasted trip, she kept things positive, pointed out details we wouldn’t have noticed, and helped us quickly pivot to better options nearby. What really stood out was how calm, honest, and proactive she was. She never sugarcoated anything, but she also never made us feel discouraged, just focused on finding the right home.
