Working with Brittany to both sell our old home and buy our new one couldn't have gone better!! She worked tirelessly through every detail, handling questions and paperwork and requests with total professionalism and care. She was always available, kept us calm about the whole procedure, and truly cared about us from start to finish. Selling and buying at the same time is not easy - especially when you haven't done either in 38 years! - but she made the entire process smooth, seamless, and stress-free.
Her knowledge of the local market helped a lot. She knew exactly how to price our house and it sold quickly compared to other homes in the area. We always felt like her top priority, and her constant communication kept us feeling confident. We cannot recommend Brittany enough to anyone looking for a dedicated, hardworking realtor! Besides being good at buying and selling homes, you'll find her to be one of the nicest, kindest people you'll meet!!
