I can't say enough good things about our house selling experience with Kevin! Our move out of Wisconsin was very stressful but Kevin went above and beyond the call of duty by helping us in ways that other realtors would not - even to the point of helping us get rid of things we had trouble selling! He listened patiently to what our expectations were and actually created enough excitement with our open house that we had an above asking price offer on day 1! After the offer - everything went smooth through the closing, and Kevin stayed on top of things the entire way! I HIGHLY recommend Kevin if you are thinking about selling/buying a house!

He was then very available to help me in my search for a house. He was patient with the process and readily available to look at houses. No other way to put it; simply the best realtor I've ever used, and couldn't ask for a better person to assist. 11/15/2023 UPDATE: 4 years ago, I was young, inexperienced and had no idea what I was getting myself into when purchasing my first condo. I remember the million different thoughts going through my head and was confused with where to begin. My first decision was my best decision, reaching out to Kevin Mattson. Fast forward 4 years later. My girlfriend (at the time) and I were browsing high level for homes in the Lake Country Area. She came across one as we were driving back from a wedding in MN. She drove by the property, called me and said "what do we need to do to have this be our home". Without hesitation, I knew we had to reach out to Kevin. He got us a tour of the property within 2 days. Within 4 days he worked with us to draft up an offer and next thing you know, they accepted our offer. The 3 months between the accepted offer and closing the builders were finishing the house. Kevin was FANTASTIC at being the middle man between us and the builders. Any questions we had, he reached out and got an answer within 24 hours. Anytime we wanted to tour and see the progress, Kevin was there by our side showing us our home. Fast forward to the day we close, which just so happened to be the same day I asked my girlfriend to marry me. Want to know a thing about trust with Kevin? I dropped off the engagement ring 5 days before to hold onto so my girlfriend didn't see a box in my pocket the day we drove over there and arrived. Kevin followed us there, snuck me the ring, videotaped me getting down on one knee, and capped the entire homebuying/engagement process better than we could've even possibly imagined. 10/10 recommend working with Kevin! Being a first-time home buyer comes with a lot of uncertainty and nerves. Kevin really put me at ease. I could text him or email him with any type of question and he would respond right away with a knowledgeable answer. Working with him is the perfect mix of professional and personable. He lets you know right away that there is no such thing as too many questions - he encourages them! Plus, he really makes the whole process about you. Every tour we would take, he would make sure your wants and needs were at the forefront. If there was something I didn't like, we would move on to the next without question. I can't describe how important it is to not feel any pressure to move on a property - especially as a first-time home buyer. And with Kevin, there is zero pressure. Of course, if he knew a property would go fast, he would let you know. He is super knowledgeable about the industry, market, and the areas/properties we toured. When it came time to make an offer and close, Kevin was there to assist with anything I needed from start to finish. And that is something I can't even put into words how much I appreciate. I always knew I was in good hands. He is the definition of going above and beyond for his clients. I can't thank him enough for helping me find my first home!
