Matt did a wonderful job in understanding what we were looking for. He showed us as many houses as we wanted. He gave us educated feedback knowing our limitations with repairs, etc. he was always available and got back to us right away. He did his homework on houses coming on the market to try and get there asap as houses were going in a day or two. He had patience with me and my 90 year old Mom.
