New listings, however, edged down slightly from last month and are also lower than a year ago, which keeps supply from getting too loose. Compared with Wisconsin overall, Iowa County’s home values now sit higher than the statewide median while inventory levels are only slightly above the state’s months of supply, helping maintain a seller-leaning environment.
