He helped us buy our very first home in Mount Horeb in 2018, guided us through purchasing our second home in Blanchardville in 2023, and most recently sold our Mount Horeb house for us in 2026. Having worked with him through every stage of our homeownership journey, we can confidently say there is no better broker we could have hoped for.
Andrew is extremely professional and exceptionally knowledgeable. When it came time to sell, he gave clear, practical recommendations on exactly what we needed to do to make our home as marketable as possible—and those recommendations truly paid off. He is hands-on, responsive, and genuinely invested in his clients’ success, making what can be a stressful process feel manageable and well-guided.

We had the pleasure of working with Andrew to buy our first home. Being first time home buyers, we needed some guidance along the way, and Andrew was the perfect partner! He was refreshingly honest. When we visited a house that wasn’t a good match for us, he let us know and took time to explain why. His priority was to help us find our perfect home rather than push for a quick sale. However, when we found ‘THE’ house, he also let us know right away. He was aggressive, assertive, and strategic with his negotiating, while also maintaining positive rapport with the seller. Because of this, we got our dream home, our closing day was actually fun, and we made memorable connections with the selling party. Andrew was very responsive with all my calls and questions. Andrew showed us several homes and he was very knowledgeable about things that I would not have been when looking at a house. Andrew was very easy to talk to and he wasn't pushy at all. We bought a house and Andrew handled all the paperwork up to closing and the entire process was smooth and easy with him. I will recommend him to anyone I know looking for property.

I'm a bit late in writing this review (sorry Andrew!) but it's because Andrew helped me get a house and I've been busy with all the related stuff so I can't complain too much about it.
I'm a first time home buyer so there was a lot of stuff I didn't know about, but luckily for me Andrew was willing to answer any questions I had - and over text as well, which is super convenient for me. More than once, I saw a place that looked like it could be great - except they were actually disasters, and he had the knowledge to point them out and prevent me from wasting time and money on something I really wouldn't want for my first home.
When we walked through homes he'd always point out things he caught that looked off, and then follow up with how big a deal it really was - that was probably one of my favorite things, because it helped me to figure out how much attention I would need to give it right off the bat and what things I could budget for later down the road.
Added bonus, we seem to have at least a bit of shared sense of humor, so that always makes things better. Thanks again Andrew and hope everything is well with you! :)
