I wholeheartedly have recommended Deanna to friends looking to buy a house. We were first time home buyers and were very much the "we'll know it when we see it" type. One weekend, we asked to see a small house on an acre in Fitchburg, a a 10 acre farmette with a fixer-upper in Poynette, a restored 1910 house on a city lot, and a normal 90's house a block from Cherokee Marsh. Deanna was always game for checking out a new type of house and never pressured us to put in an offer. It took us two years to find the one and she stuck with us -- we really trusted her expertise in picking out the right house. When it came time to actually putting in offers and counter offers, going through the inspection and the appraisal and all the paperwork, I honestly can't imagine doing it without her. She handled everything promptly and thoroughly.

We were referred to Deanna when we first were thinking about buying. Deanna was so incredibly knowledgeable of both the individual homes we were touring as well as the state of the current housing market and was extremely thorough in all of our tours and walk throughs, making sure to note any large and small issues. As first time homebuyers, it was so refreshing to work with an agent who really understood what we were looking for and never pressured or pushed us to put in offers on homes we were not 100% in love with. Being newish to the area, her insight into the different towns and neighborhoods helped us to find our perfect home and settle into an amazing neighborhood. We could not have asked for a better agent and will continue to refer her to anyone we know who is looking into selling or buying in the area.

As first-time homebuyers, Deanna came highly recommended to us! She was no-pressure, flexible, extremely responsive, and very reassuring throughout the entire process.
