Juneau County currently sits in a neutral market, with conditions balanced between buyers and sellers. Months of supply stands at 4.1, slightly above Wisconsin’s 3 months, signaling a bit more breathing room than the state overall. Homes are taking a median of 63 days to sell, which is modestly faster than a year ago but still gives buyers time to make decisions.
