Home prices in Vilas County are up noticeably from last year, with the typical home value rising nearly 10 percent year over year. Median list prices are also higher than a year ago, though they pulled back by about 11 percent from July to August. Compared with the state overall, where prices are up around 6 percent annually, Vilas County is seeing stronger price growth.
