I am fortunate enough to get to work with Abbey on a daily basis (spouse). I get a different perspective that most of her clients don't get to see. She is always on top of what her clients needs and doing all the research so she comes to the negotiating table prepared to ger het clients the best deal possible. I have watched her sell houses for people before they even went on the market, get multiple offers over list price and negotiate all her clients closing costs get covered on numerous occasions. When we bought our last house in 2023 she was able to get us 30K off the list price when it was all said and done.
