September’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $1,172,500—up 167.08% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $583,030 in Kitsap County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $571,410 in October.

Suquamish had 5 new listings and 3 listings that went under contract in September, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 15—up 15.38% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in October.
