We put Adam through the paces when interviewing realtors for the sale of our house as we live in another state. He was the only agent to furnish us with a properly analyzed sales price (that was substantiated by the eventual, actual sales price), met vendors at the property to take care of miscellaneous issues in our absence, and who actually submitted a marketing plan for this specific property in its specific neighborhood - not some cookie cutter brochure as submitted by other agents we interviewed.
