Andre posted the listing for my condo at 9:30 AM, and it was sold by 3:30PM that same day. However, the result doesn't tell the whole story. Let me begin by saying that Andre Huyghues Despointes is a consummate professional. He knows the ins and outs. He's seen all the doomsday scenarios and has a plan for all of them. Aside from his professionalism, he's a cordial, bright, and positive human being as well as punctual and competent. His advice never led me wrong, and though there were some pitfalls along the way, he skillfully and adeptly maneuvered us through them to a smooth and clean closing on November 4th, 2022. There's nothing I would change about our transaction - simply amazing. Listed and closed in under a month's time. I will never run out of positive things to say about Andre. My parents are due to move to the Carolinas sometime next year, and of course, I already have Andre's number in my phone, and I intend to use it!
