Adrienne is an outstanding agent. She has helped sell multiple properties and got us the home of our dreams in a nice neighborhood with excellent schools. She recently sold our old home and we walked away with a lot more than expected. She provided solid advice and was on point with all our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend her if you are buying or selling. Very few people impress me but Adrienne worked hard for us and we couldn’t have been happier with her attention to detail and attitude. Amazing realtor and helpful first time buyer advisor

Adrienne has sold one of my homes in the past, and I contacted her again when I was looking for a new home. She assisted in getting us viewings of local properties with really great school districts. We found a beautiful home in an area that fit all of our needs. We were in the house and all moved in what seemed like weeks. I highly recommend Adrienne. She is one of the best realtors I have worked with. She is responsive, knowledgeable and aggressive at saving us money.

Andrienne Schroeder is an awesome realtor and she definitely knows her stuff. This was our second home but first time buying preowned. She walked us through everything, she is that type of realtor that even when the sell is done and a month later you still have questions, she is still happy to help. Right from the beginning Adrienne Schroeder was very professional and easy to communicate with. She took the time to explain everything to the best of her knowledge and answered all of my questions. If there was something she didn't know she would always have an answer for me as soon as possible. Adrienne reached out to me after I inquired about a property listed on Zillow. I was not ready to purchase at the time but she continued to send me emails of new listings and check in on me for the next 4 months. When my boyfriend and I decided that the time was right, I was sure that Adrienne should be our realtor as she was very consistent with keeping in contact.

As first time home buyers, my boyfriend and I required extra help and information. Adrienne kept that in mind and always gave us all information available. She made the process a lot easier on us. There were 3 occasions throughout the process where we learned that there was an issue with the property and each time she helped us through it by informing us of all our options. She called septic and well companies, did research on the property to discover the age of the pool, and even got us a quote for homeowners insurance. Through her research she discovered a major encroachment as well. There is no doubt that she went over and above her basic responsibilities.

Adrienne is also very knowledgeable about key things to look for when buying a house and helped steer us away from a few bad apples or houses that wouldn't have fit our lifestyle.
