September’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $362,000—up 0.56% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $440,000 in Clark County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $436,250 in October.
Whitney had 51 new listings and 44 listings that went under contract in September, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 202—up 1.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in October.
