Working with Aimee and Ashley to sell my townhome could not have been easier nor more pleasant. They were both very professional and fully prepared each step of the way from my initial meeting/interview with Aimee through the closing. I had to do very little in the way of getting people to do the usual tasks like inspections, cleaning, painting. Aimee has all the people ready to go and for very reasonable rates. I only gave 5 stars because Zillow wouldn't let me give 10. Do yourself a favor and work with Aimee and her team.

A professional realtor, Aimee brought a level of energy to the process of selling our home that immediately made us feel comfortable. She was attentive to our needs as sellers, and kept those in mind when guiding us through the negotiation of offers. Although we are moving elsewhere in North Carolina, we would definitely contract with Aimee if we ever returned to the Raleigh area again.
