Alan & Lauren Creech

I moved to the Outer Banks in 1989 and worked in the hospitality industry. I enjoy working outdoors and became interested in construction. I started a full-service landscaping business, which I later sold to become a full-time real estate broker. My time here, combined with my work experience and the knowledge gained, has been invaluable in servicing my clients. Since obtaining my license in 2014, I have helped clients with properties ranging from $17,000 lots to oceanfront estates priced over $2 million. My clients include both buyers and sellers with primary residences, second homes, and investment properties. I have experience with 1031 tax exchanges and first-time buyers.
