The Figueroa Group is officially our lifelong real estate team! They helped us buy a home in 2013, helped us purchase our home in 2023, and just recently guided us through a successful sale of the 2013 property. Katya has the whole package- she's an expert on the market in Baltimore, a sharp negotiator, creative thinker, and a fun and friendly person. She helped me with every stage of the process, from connecting me to contractors to staging the home using furniture I already had.
