About Nisha Smithrick

Nisha is the Broker of NextHome Forward, with over 15 years of real estate experience. She began her real estate career as a Real Estate Investor, flipping houses and buying rental properties. It was the love of negotiating deals and beautifying communities with rehabs, that inspired her to turn her passion into a career in real estate.

Having been on all sides of the real estate transaction, Nisha is able to connect with the emotions and needs of buyers and sellers, during the purchase, or sale of their homes. She prides herself on her drive to advocate for her clients and deliver stellar service. \
