Looking to sell your property, buy a new home, or just need some expert real estate advice?

About
The most important part of my job is making sure my clients always know they have someone in their corner during when home buying or selling. Whether you’re a buyer or a seller, I’ll be your advocate who answers your questions, listens to your wants and needs, and negotiates the best deal for you. I am a full-time Realtor specializing in Northwest Tucson, Oro Valley, and Marana.

A full 25% of my business is helping newcomers relocate to the Tucson area. If you’re moving to the Tucson I would love to help. You’ll have my complete attention along with my 9 years of extensive experience. I’m more than happy to share my list of contacts to rely on as you settle into your new home.

Prior to real estate, I spent 14 years as a social worker in Normal, Illinois. I was able to hone my communication skills and ability to advocate for others. We began traveling to Tucson in 2000 and we finally made the move in 2012. I’m so glad we did.

We cannot recommend Alicia highly enough. We moved cross-country and knew this would be a difficult process, but she made the home-buying process and move as painless as a realtor possibly could. Alicia was extremely knowledgeable and prompt in getting back to us and believe me, we really appreciated that. She always gave 110% and was a trusted advocate for us during the entire process.

I have dealt with Alicia for about 3 years. She is always professional as well as thorough, tenacious, detail oriented and a pleasure to work with.

In one sale she had to work with the buyers Realtor. That Realtor was unresponsive to Alicia's communications as well as not at all knowledgeable regarding forms and procedures. Alicia would prod that Realtor to do what they had to do. In many instances there were items that a buyer's Realtor would normally complete. However in this case the buyer's Realtor was so unresponsive that Alicia would complete those items just to get the sale accomplished in a timely manner.

When I purchased a HUD foreclosure I had no idea how painful it would be. The HUD office was in California where as the house was in Arizona. The amount of paperwork was appalling as well as being written in "governmentise". The forms were e-mailed to us and had to be completed using 2 different ink colors; one for the Realtor and a different one for the buyer. Then the original hard copies of the paperwork had to be overnighted to the HUD office in California. This was no small feat as many times we only had a couple of hours to turn the paperwork around before the overnight deadline would be missed. As I implied, this happened many times as the HUD office would forget to send the current version of a form or forget to send a form completely. Through it all Alicia hung on tenaciously to get the sale closed.

Alicia worked with me to purchase my home. She completely understood what I was looking for and what I could afford. The house I bought had another offer the same day we made an offer - Alicia encouraged me to make an offer as she knew it would sell quickly as they went down in price. She has great contacts for every step of the buying process and made sure all the required steps got handled appropriately and timely. She provided a folder with all the relevant paperwork, and of course was with me for the closing. Alicia is super easy to work with. I never sensed a bit of pressure but rather that she kept my best interests in focus. All of the ratings above applyu to Alicia - great local knowledge, process expertise, responsiveness, negotiation skills. I highly recommend Alicia if you have a house to buy or sell - she's a fabulous person to have in your corner!!

I would highly recommend Alicia Gerard as a true professional. I highly value her opinion and trust her completely. While looking at the homes listed for sale, she helped me discover the pro's and con's of each and with this help I was able to come up with the home I wanted. I will contact Alicia the next time I look for a new home.

My wife and I met Alicia in Jan. of 2015 at an open house she was showing. We got set up to view homes on the web during the next 10 months and narrowed our search when we returned to Tucson in Dec. 2015. Alicia then spent the several days, before and after Christmas showing us homes. After seeing about 20 different homes over several days, we found one we liked. Alicia guided us through the process from contract offer, home inspection, getting us numbers to utilities, to responding within no more than a couple of hours to questions we had. We have recommended Alicia to friends who are relocating to Tucson and have no qualms about recommending Alicia to anyone who needs an excellent realtor to help them.
