I had a great experience as a first-time homebuyer with Allison Eddy-Bavaro! She
Understood my wants and needs for a propety and worked with me to find a successful home. As a first-time homebuyer, the process can be extensive and often quick. She made the entire process easier to understand and helped ease my stress regarding all aspects of home buying. Allison has extensive knowledge and is willing to go to the extra mile as she wants you to succeed in a competitive market where purchasing property can be difficult. In addition, she's extremely pleasant and responds quickly for her clients. I felt very confident with Allison as my broker (realtor) and I would definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking for a home to buy. Especially first-time home buyers.

What can I say about Allison, my fiancé and I have been searching for a home for about 3yrs and Allison always was attentive to our needs. She knew exactly what we liked or disliked. Alison was very wonderful to work with. She listened to my ideas and worked with me flexibility wise with showings and was confident that the condo would be under contract within 2 weeks of being on the market and she was correct. She was understanding, empathetic and easy to work with through the entire process. I would refer Alison Eddy-Bavaro to anyone looking to see their home quickly. What an intimidating time to find a house. I'll admit, as a first-time buyer, I wasn't sure how to navigate this road. Allison Eddy-Bavaro was professional from day one. She listened carefully to our needs and was cognizant of our very small window of time to find a house. That pressure we communicated to her was translated into determination. Listings were sent to us everyday and Allison was able to pivot quickly when we made changes to what size house or the location. She was available to look at houses in MANY different towns, day or night. Allison was available by phone at the drop of a hat. When we realized the pressure was really on for us to get out of our rental, Allison kept us calm and kept her nose to the ground. Keeping us calm and focused was her specialty. She made sure we didn't make a bad decision under pressure. Her understanding of the current market was impressive and we felt safe with her guiding us down roads that were unknown to us. This is a challenging market to purchase a house however Allison held our hands throughout the process. As we were about to close on our new home, the seller threw some last minute curve balls and Allison’s navigation of the situation and ability resolve problems before we even knew reduced our stress and allowed us to focus on the excitement of closing.
