Inventory in Bristol has expanded in this rolling three-month view, with active listings edging up about 1% year over year to 304. New listings are also slightly higher than a year ago, while pending sales have risen nearly 10%, signaling solid buyer activity. However, homes still go under contract quickly, with a median of 30 days on market in this rolling period, down from longer timelines in prior years.
