I was extremely happy with Allison as our agent. She was always available with answers whenever I had questions and she was always forthcoming with information and suggestions. I found Allison to be very comfortable to be with and felt like she was in my corner every step of the way. She made the process of selling our house a smooth and pleasant experience.

It was as easy as a short sale could be

Allison was an absolute pleasure to work with and made this home purchase a great experience. I was looking to work with someone who isn't an agent on a limited basis and is knowledgeable. Allison was very accommodating and accessible for follow up questions regarding the logistics of the closing and other questions/concerns.

My overall experience with Allison was overwhelmingly positive. With the holidays approaching, this transaction was easier for me than completing my Christmas shopping, she even meet me at my job to pick up my deposit check! Furthermore, Allison went above and beyond by communicating with me during her international vacation, she was still very attentive and proactive.

I would most definitely recommend Allison to family and friends. She really was a reliable, trustworthy agent who helped me with a great home purchase.

I met Allison while trying to sell my home that I thought would be impossible to sell but Allison walked me through the process and got my home listed and sold super fast. So when it came time for me to purchase a new home there was no one else I would rather work with. Not only is she very honest she makes you feel as if you are a priority which is very helpful. I will continue to recommend her to everyone I know who is in need of an AMAZING realtor!

I found my broker by looking at realtors offering properties in the area. As I live out of state it was critical that I found a broker in whom I had absolute confidence. After interviewing other brokers I chose Allison. Her energy, enthusiasm and responsiveness combined with her excellent advice and knowledge of the area made her the obvious choice. After working with several realtors, we were lucky enough to find Allison Eddy-Bavaro. We just moved from NH, and found Allison very knowledgeable of the towns in CT. She was always available and on time. She has wonderful input, and finds answers to all questions immediately. One of her strong points is her knowledge of construction. Allison is extremely knowledgeable and professional.Our situation was a short sale, not a sale by choice but because of allison it was not an unpleasant experience. She was always in contact with us leading the way on what steps to take next, I would highly recommend allison to Anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Allison Eddy-Bavaro was instrumental in process of me purchasing this home. Her knowledge of the process and what to look for really helped in finding the right place. Since we were dealing with VA home loan program she made sure that all findings after the home inspection were fixed and ready for the VA inspection and appraisal. The VA Inspection went through cleanly with NO repairs or negative comments.
During the closing processes Allison displayed exceptional ability is problem solving when their closing attorney wanted to postpone the closing after we had rescheduled the closing so she could meet another client. If it wasn't for her direct actions in the closing process the sale would have been off. She personally contacted their realtor, who in turn contacted the sellers to do what ever was needed to finalize the closure. Because of the these actions the closure closed on the contracted scheduled day.

I am confident in Curtis Clemens as a broker and I had a good feeling about Allison Eddy-Bavaro from the start. She talked to me like a person never sounding as if she were reading a script and didn't hard sell me in any way. She listened to what I wanted and needed out of this sale and although she gave good advice, she never pressured me.

Allison was persistent in negotiating the price and terms of the condo until we thought it was acceptable. She worked very closely with her group of contacts at the bank, for my homeowners insurance and for a lawyer needed for the closing. They were just as professional and responded to me quickly and worked well together.

All of the above characteristics describes Allision's performance perfectly. The one that I felt very important to me as a senior citizen , was her patients and her clear communications. I had a lot of questions and concerns and Allison always would get an answer and call back.

Allison was always professional. She would come with paperwork if needed to be signed and sent back to the seller. Allison knew how anxious I was to make this deal and from the first day we looked at it until the closing it took about one month. She is so knowledgeable in every area of buying property and also with putting me in touch with the right people to help me complete the sale. I would recommend Allison Eddy/Bavaro To anyone that wants to buy or sell a property and wants someone that gives them their full attention and and has the patience to answer a lot of questions and gets the answers
