Allison Bavaro is one of the best agents I have ever worked with. Allison was extremely diligent in all aspects of the transaction. I have worked with many realtors before, but none have paid such attention to detail as Allison did. Allison's knowledge, demeanor, and overall ability as an agent make her a true asset to anyone looking to buy real estate. I will not hesitate to use her again. I believe that the agent is really what drives the transaction. Because of Allison's all-star performance I am more than likely to return to Century 21 in the future.

Allison was amazing throughout the entire purchase. Purchasing a foreclosure property was a new experience for me and may not have become reality without Allison expertise. There were many hurtles to overcome and her attention to detail made certain that each was dealt with professionally and in a timely fashion. I needed to sell my father's house because he had moved into an elder care residence. I had initially started out with a different Century 21 agent, but was concerned that she did not have enough experience. When I learned that she had a full time job and that real estate was part-time only, I felt I needed to change. I was particularly concerned because my father's house was in a trust and was skeptical that this initial agent had the experience or knowledge on how to handle it. I contacted another Century 21 office (I had not initially realized that each office was individually owned and operated) and bounced my concerns off of the owner of that office. Within a day, I had a meeting with Allison Eddy-Bavaro and I liked her from the start. She was smart, buttoned up, thorough. And she gave me the sense that selling our property was her number one priority. Things progressed pretty quickly once we had Allison on board. She was in contact contact and offered advice along the way that enabled us to sell the house quickly.

Allison was excellent in all aspects of the sale from the first hello,to the closing, and then some. She was always willing to handle anything necessary to move forward at a steady rate which made the process seamless. She always gave updates on the goings on and checked in frequently throughout the process. She took a genuine interest in the sale of my property and was always enthusiastic and upbeat. She exhibited confidence and optimism throughout the process as well. Her personality and enthusiasm made for a trouble free and enjoyable sales experience. I'm sure she is a valued agent and a great asset to the Clemens & Sons team.
